Disassembly: Prior to scheduling a pickup, please disassemble the sauna. This step is essential to facilitate a smooth and efficient return process.
Pickup: Once the sauna is disassembled, contact us to arrange for our team to collect the item.
Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned sauna, we will process your refund. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method.

Delivery Times

In-Stock Models: If the sauna model you’ve selected is available in our warehouse, we’ll arrange for delivery within 2-4 business days.
Special Orders: For models not currently in stock, delivery times may vary based on availability. However, rest assured that no model will require more than a two-month lead time.
